These Terms and Conditions are under the jurisdiction of and will be drafted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without any regard to the principles of law conflicts. The user agrees to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal for any claim or to enforce any action derived from, related to or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Website, wherever and whenever this exclusivity is applicable to lawsuits that Costa do Vizir Portal files or starts.
In case of litigation or complain, Portuguese law is applicable.
Payments:
Bank transfers, cash or ATM at the reception desk of Costa do Vizir, and credit cards are accepted as means of payment.
Conditions for cancellation of reservation:
Cancellation until 16 (sixteen) days before the beginning of the stay:
The amount paid as a down payment in the amount of 25% will be retained by Costa do Vizir Beach Village & SPA as cancellation costs.
Any other amounts paid, less the advance payment (25%), will be refunded.
Cancellation between 15 and 6 days before the beginning of the stay.
Costa do Vizir Beach Village & SPA will retain 30% of the total stay as cancellation costs.
Any other amounts paid, minus the deposit (30%), will be refunded.
Cancellation between 5 and 0 days before the beginning of the stay.
Costa do Vizir Beach Village & SPA retains all amounts paid, i.e. the entire amount of the stay.
No refund will be made.
If the client does not show up on the scheduled check-in day, this for confirmed reservations, the reservation will be cancelled and all amounts paid will not be refunded.
